Hey Jay! I had a similar accident my first year working down here (dear GOD that was 8 years ago!). I lost my balance and did the "windmill" for what seemed like forever, like I was stuck in slow-mo. Anyway, finding this move ineffective, I opted for choice 2: grab on to nearest steady object. Which happened to be a hot guy. Who I did not know. He took on a look of shock before we both (again in slow-mo) fell backwards into the laps of two unsuspecting people. I was sandwiched in between hottie metro rider and the disgruntled metro sitters behind me. Neither Hottie nor I could get our footing to get off of the sitters' laps. When I finally did I jumped out at the next stop (face BRIGHT red) and got on a new train. Talk about embarassing...
